Have a balanced life.

 After watching the defeat of the 49ers to the Ravens on Superbowl 57 I felt down and thought a good way to calm my mind was remember the training i had to becoming a balanced person. First, if you have a pen and paper write down these 8 categories: Social, Physical, Emotional, Financial, Spiritual, Family, Recreation, and Career. Next, take some time to rate yourself on how your well being is on each of these categories, rate yourself 1 - 5 with 1 being lacking in development and 5 being exceptionally developed. Now look at your results and if you have a 3 or lower in any category ask yourself what is it that you could do everyday to improve the score in that category. For example if you have a 2 in Social maybe your goal is to talk to more people everyday and getting out more. Try this exercise then take action. A week later repeat the exercise till your personal rating in all categories is a four or higher.
